​Here at JR Sports Therapy we aren’t interested in quick fixes. Our primary concern is to create long lasting & meaningful changes.   

 

We want our patients to leave feeling confident, strong & to lead a much more fulfilled pain free life.

We take a whole body approach.  Yes, we look at the area of pain but that is only a small proportion.  What we are really after is the WHY behind this episode of pain.  After all we are looking for long lasting solutions.

 

𝟐. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

Through the use of hands on in the first instance & then corrective movement training.  We begin to work effectively with the nervous system, in creating these lasting changes.

 

 

𝟑.  𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡:

 

Not everyone is the same meaning neither is everyones rehab.  There are many factors away from JR Sports Therapy that can sometimes hinder your rehab.  Knowing & understanding these ensure we develop a programme that is for YOU!!

 

𝟒. 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

 

We want our patients to be involved every step of the way.  And in doing that, we are able to educate them & also provide the reasoning behind what we are doing.

 

𝟓.  𝐑𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐛 𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞:

 

Rehab or treatment doesn't stop when you leave the treatment room.  Nope, instead you have access to online video's with full coaching & demonstration.
