We take a whole body approach. Yes, we look at the area of pain but that is only a small proportion. What we are really after is the WHY behind this episode of pain. After all we are looking for long lasting solutions.

Through the use of hands on in the first instance & then corrective movement training. We begin to work effectively with the nervous system, in creating these lasting changes.

We want our patients to be involved every step of the way. And in doing that, we are able to educate them & also provide the reasoning behind what we are doing.
